Hi! My name is Brody Tiel, I’m from Canada. I am a full time Sous Chef and have been cooking for 6 years. I love to travel and am currently exploring your beautiful country of Australia. Last year I travelled to 10 different countries and have been trying to pick up other languages along the way. I have been living in Sydney since January and have been wanting to go up the coast to either Agnes Water, Cairns or Port Douglas the last couple months. I’m on a working holiday visa so I have to complete 88 days of regional work before January of 2027 so I’m using that as an excuse to go on another adventure up to Queensland. I’m very excited to get to Cairns at the start of August and can’t wait to meet my flatmates!
