Minjin and Kate

Hi,

We’re Kate and Minjin, two friends from South Korea, the same age, and very close. We’ve always lived together in a calm and respectful way. I’m Kate and I studied Architectural Design, and my friend Minjin majored in Creative Writing. Although our fields are different, we share similar values when it comes to responsibility, consideration, and maintaining a stable lifestyle.

We recently moved to Townsville and are currently in Australia on Working Holiday visas, working while gaining new experiences. We plan to stay in Townsville for at least six months and are looking for a long-term place to call home. We both have stable income and take our commitments seriously. Rent and bills will always be paid on time, and we value clear and respectful communication in a shared home.

We’re non-smokers, clean and tidy, and we genuinely appreciate a peaceful and comfortable living environment. We respect personal space, follow house rules, and are mindful of others’ routines. We believe that even with different lifestyles, mutual respect makes a home harmonious.
