hi im looking for a place in caloundra/birtinya area. im clean, pay my rent on time, keep to myself and just looking for a long term reliable place to stay (preferably 12months lease. i work in childcare full time and im interested in cooking and spending time with friends, and always happy to meet new people. preferably a granny flat or studio for around 500 a week if possible (bills inc), if not a private room with my own bathroom.
