Hello～I am a designer from China, travelling to Cairns this summer with my two primary school kids for short-term study at Whitfield State School.

• Arrival: 26 -July 2026

• Lease term: 30 days

• Non-smoker, no parties or loud gatherings, very quiet and keep space spotlessly clean

The three of us can share one room, with either one Queen size bed or two beds. Or we can rent two separate rooms.

· Location requirement: either walking distance to Whitfield State School, or with direct public transport to the school

I will respect all house rules, clean shared areas regularly, maintain low noise after dark and take good care of the property.
