Hi! I'm a 31-year-old French guy currently working full-time in construction. I'm looking for a room in Darwin and plan to stay until mid-October.

I've lived in several share houses across Australia, New Zealand, and Canada, so I know how to be a respectful and easy-going housemate. I'm clean, tidy, quiet, and always pay my rent on time.
I also enjoy a friendly house atmosphere—sharing a meal, having a chat, or playing board games together, while always respecting everyone's privacy.

I'm employed full-time, have a stable income, and can move in straight away.
