Hi,

My name is Hany, and I'm a 49-year-old male professional engineer relocating from Melbourne to Cairns to commence a new role.

I'm looking for for a long term accommodation starting Sat 25 July 2026.

I'll be staying on my own with no pets, and consider myself a quiet, calm, respectful, clean, and tidy person. I really appreciate and prefer a quiet living environment. I'll be at work most of the time and typically return home in the late afternoon.

I'm a devoted husband and father, but my family will remain in Melbourne for the time being due to university commitments. I'll therefore be living on my own.

I'm a non-smoker, and I only drink alcohol occasionally on special occasions and in small quantities. I'll take very good care of the property.

Outside of work, I love the sea and I'm an avid scuba diver.
