Hi, I'm Leigh. I'm 39yrs old. Intelligent, respectful, clean, introvert.
I'm a sole-trader working as a bathroom/kitchen tiler/handyman for the last 17 years, typically 8am-4pm. I like to spend my personal time either painting, working on music, gaming or watching various shows/movies/doccos.
Im very respectful of peoples space and especially noise. Im a bit of a light sleeper and am looking for someone conscious of this too.
Most of my friends and family have moved away so I spend most of my social time with them online, and so you would rarely see visitors for me. I still like a chat and laugh though! I dont drink (very rarely), but I do unfortunately (for me) smoke. I am in the process of quitting though due to some health complications and have set my self a goal of quitting by the time im 40. (hopefully a lot sooner)
I do have a cat, however im looking for someone to adopt her so this will most likely not be a concern. Shes not an indoor cat and quite a problem when kept inside (will stop at nothing to escape!!). Not entirely sure what to do there :(

I've lived at my current home for the last 6 years and am currently being evicted due to the property being sold.
Landlord is happy to give a reference if requested
