Heya! I’m a 25-year-old guy working full time in a fairly intense role. I’m friendly, easygoing and sociable, and I’m looking for a relaxed but lively home with flatmates who enjoy having a chat and spending time together.

Outside of work, I love going to the cinema and usually go at least once a week. I also enjoy being outdoors, playing tennis and exploring the local area. I’m new to the area, so it would be great to live with friendly, talkative people and hopefully make some new friends.

I’d ideally like a home with a positive, high-energy atmosphere, but I’m not looking for a party house. Casual drinks, dinners and gatherings are completely fine, but regular late nights or big parties at home probably wouldn’t suit me because of my work schedule.

I’d also prefer a pet-free home.

I may be interested in keeping a small work desk in the living room or using a study space, and I’d be happy to contribute a little more toward the rent for that arrangement.
