Hi, I’m a 26-year-old international student in Adelaide. I’m clean, quiet and easy to live with — I pay rent on time, don’t smoke, don’t drink, have no pets, and I keep shared areas tidy. I almost never cook (less than once a week; usually just microwave chicken), and I spend most evenings coding quietly in my room, so I’m looking for a peaceful house rather than a party house.

I study during the day (around 8am–3pm) and work part-time in normal hours. I have my own car and can inspect this week. Earliest move-in is 24 September, minimum stay 6 months (happy to do a short-term trial first). I’ve already rented in Adelaide for 3 months at 88 Frome St.

I’m looking for a private room with an ensuite, unfurnished is fine, ideally bills included and off-street/covered parking, within about 20 minutes’ drive of the University of Adelaide. Budget up to $400/week. Happy to live with any gender.
