Hi I'm Joanne, 27y/o, enjoying my gap year & focusing on studying IELTS right now.
I'm looking for whole female share house (private room) or a studio. Own bathroom would be lovely, and I adore room with sunshine as I'm afraid of cold.
I keep my room tidy and clean all the time. Love small talks at the dining table but won't bother when people need their own space and time. Enjoy ACGs, chill walks under the sun, and good foods.
• The room has to be furnished. (Bed, wardrobe, table and chair)
• Would love it close to public transport (preferred) or have a parking space.
• I cook for myself quite often while keeping the kitchen very clean!
• No smoking/pet/kid/party/etc.
