Hi there!

I'm a 30-year-old non-binaryish femme who works part-time and is studying Psychological Science at UTAS. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent, and very open minded. My interests include academia and research, cinema, theatre, house plants, gardening, and wood burning. I like to live in a clean and organised space, and am new to house sharing. I consider myself an omnivert who enjoys both socialising and alone time. I have three indoor cats - Monkey, Teddy, and Wolfie - who bring me so much joy and I am sure they will do the same for you. I keep the litters and food bowls clean and there is never a "cat" smell.

Ideally I am looking for a femme that has capacity for a long term rental partnership, who would be interested in renting a 3 or 4 bedroom home with a garden. That way we have a spare room for guests or a hobby/study room. Someone who also enjoys both their own company and sharing a meal, watching a movie, or going on the odd adventure would be wonderful. I am a budding gardener and am passionate about growing food, herbs and flowers, of which I am more than happy to share. I can provide a new French door fridge/freezer and 9kg washing machine. I can also potentially provide a sofa pit style modular sofa, two armchairs, and bed base for you if interested.

**My current lease ends June 2027, but I wanted to put the feelers out early so that we have time to meet and see if we are compatible.
