Hiya!

I'm looking for a furnished room in a well-kept sharehouse, or my own space with stove etc. (flex on rent for the right place)
I am super clean, respectful, chill, looking forward to sharing a peaceful home with 1-2 clean, easy-going, considerate peeps. I'm single, no pets, non-smoking, rarely drink. clean living. normally early to bed and rise. prefer natural products in the home.

Doing my masters at UQ in Briz, working and surfing so will be out and about a lot, but also want to be somewhere that i feel totally at ease being at the home as my schedule is not strictly 9-5.

A water filter, covered parking, ability to play good music in the home, plus good vibes is a major plus!

Anywhere between Broady and Cooly would be great. either close to beach or foresty (ie if it's reedy creek or elanora and the price reflects location and home quality)

I have great refs confirming I have never missed rent, and take great care of my rentals- happy to fwd via email.
