Looking to team up with someone to rent a long-term home together that feels happy, peaceful, clean and homey.

For the place itself, I’m hoping to find a nice modern home with 2 bathrooms minimum to allow us to have separate bathrooms, ideally beachside Mooloolaba-Cotton Tree. Looking for a long-term lease, 12months. Open to paying up to $500 pw for the right home and also open for an extra person in a larger house.

A little about me: easy going, love travel, outdoors, yoga, pilates and being below average at surfing and any type of board and water sports. Love hanging with my friends, adventuring, having fun - wholesome experiences and trying new cafes and restaurants. I work full-time Monday-Friday. My weeks are quiet and spent working, sports and usually a little more work after work. My weekends are filled with all above.
