I'm Matthew, a 34-year-old helicopter engineer working in Brisbane on a 7 days on / 7 days off roster.

My family and I live on the Sunshine Coast, so I'm looking for a simple, affordable room to stay in during my work week only. I won't be living there full-time—just for my 7 days on before heading home to my wife and young family for my week off.

I'm a quiet, respectful, and tidy person. I don't smoke, don't drink, and I work long hours (approximately 4:30 am to 5:00 pm), so I'll mostly just be there to shower, have dinner, and sleep. I live a pretty routine lifestyle and keep to myself, but I'm always friendly and easy to get along with.

I'm looking for a basic single room in a clean, quiet home with considerate housemates. If you have a room that suits this arrangement, I'd love to hear from you.
