Hello! I am looking for a room to rent. There will be 2 adults in the room: my husbandand I. My budget is $250 a week for that room as I am paying to study in college and my partner has lost his income and is temporarily unable to work. I will be working or studying most of the time, my partner will be using the room most of the time.
I am willing to discuss higher payment after my partner starts working, or do a 250/week for the next 3 months and then if he starts working, we can increase the rent.
We are quite desperate to find a room as soon as possible, but are very hopeful not to get into debt because of it. We are very quiet, clean, we don't use lots of electricity or water and we use our own mobile data for internet. We don't drink/smoke/party, we don't have pets.
