We are a married couple (both in our late 20s) who value a peaceful, drama-free lifestyle. We do not have pets or children, and we are non-smokers. We both work/study full-time and lead a very stable life. We love to keep our home clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Our rental needs:
• Space: We are looking for a private, self-contained 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom unit/villa (or a granny flat) where we can have our own quiet space.
• Bathroom: A private bathroom is essential for us.
• Parking: We require at least one secure parking space (on-site or off-street) for our car.
Why we would be great tenants:
We are financially stable, respectful of neighbours, and take pride in maintaining a clean home. We are looking for a long-term lease (12 months or more) and can provide excellent rental references, proof of income, and a solid rental history.
