About me

I am a Chinese student looking for a clean and quiet place to rent. Require furnished bedroom with air conditioning/heating, a private or shared bathroom, a kitchen in a property with no carpet.

Location near or easy access to Adelaide university is preferred.Public transportation convenient, commute in less than 30 minutes. Walking distance to supermarkets is better.

I am respectful, quiet, clean and easygoing. I have a lot of hobbies-swimming .jogging,cycling,ping pong etc.. I have lived in school dorm for 3 years in high school, and shared one bedroom with another classmate in harmony and we became good friend too luckily. I am not new to sharing room.

I respect privacy of others and expect others to respect my privacy as well. I strongly believe that one has to be disciplined when sharing room with others. It is very important to keep clean after using all facilities and share responsibilities.

I can share with women who are also clean,respectful and quiet,who also can keep boundary for others.

Expected site inspection: Mid October 2026

Tenants must be Women only. Apartment of higher floor preferred. Safe area is a must.
