I am a Chinese student looking for a clean, quiet and affordable place to rent. I will live in Adelaide at least for three years.

Require furnished private bedroom with private air conditioning/heating, a private or shared bathroom, a shared full kitchen in a property with no carpet. Price with bills included.

Location： city or 5KM radius to CBD，
Area preferred: Unley, Norwood, Prospect, etc..
Near or easy access to Adelaide university. Public transportation convenient, commute in less than 30 minutes.
Walking distance to supermarkets would be perfect for daily life.

Expected site inspection: Mid October 2026
Housemates：Women preferred. University students preferred

More about me:
I am respectful, quiet, clean and easygoing. I have a lot of hobbies-swimming.jogging,cycling,ping pong etc.. I also play Chinese musical instrument Pipa. I have lived in school dorm for 3 years in high school, where I shared one bedroom with another classmate in harmony. We became good friend too, luckily. So, sharing room is not new to me.

Most importantly, while I like to interact with people , I respect privacy of others and expect others to do the same. I strongly believe that one has to be disciplined when sharing room with others. It is very important to keep clean after using all facilities and share responsibilities for common areas. In the meantime, keep quiet especially at night time. Make sure everyone can have a good sleep.
