Hey, I'm Sam. I'm looking to team up with one - two other people to find a nice house around Nambour, Bli Bli, Rosemount, Yandina or the surrounding areas.

I'm 34, work full-time and also run my own software business on the side. I'm pretty easy-going, clean and respectful, and outside of work I spend a fair bit of time at the gym or working on my business.

I have a 4-year-old daughter who stays with me part of the time, as well as a large, friendly dog, so I'm ideally looking for a 3–4+ bedroom house with a decent fenced yard.

I'm not really looking for a typical share-house setup. I'd prefer to find one - two reliable, easy-going housemates and then find a good property together where we all have plenty of our own space.

I'm happy to pay a larger share of the rent as I'll need a room for my daughter. Ideally looking for somewhere long-term and happy to meet up for a coffee first to see if we'd be a good fit before looking at properties together.
