Hi, I’m looking for a room to rent in a friendly, well-kept share house. I’m easygoing, clean, and respectful of shared spaces — I’ll keep my room tidy, do my share of housework. I work full-time at Avalon airport and Geelong Seaport, so I’m usually out during the day, and in the evenings, I like a quiet home though I’m still up for the chat over a coffee or a drink. I’m a non-smoker, I don’t have pets, and I’m looking for something I can move into soon and stay in long-term.
