Hi, I’m Nic\. I work full\-time and am clean, tidy, respectful, and easygoing\. I’m a social drinker and non\-smoker\. Most weekends are a mix of work and time spent on the bowling green, so unless the weather is horrible, I’m usually out and about\. I’m fairly handy in the kitchen, always happy to help around the house, and mindful of everyone’s personal space\.

I work from home two to three days a week, so ideally I’m looking for a room large enough to fit a queen bed and a small desk\. I’m hoping to find a comfortable, friendly place for a minimum three\-month stay\.
