YUDAM and Chae Yeon Jang

Hello!,

My girlfriend and I are very interested in this property and would love the opportunity to inspect it. We are looking for our first home together in Australia and hope to find a clean, comfortable and long-term place to settle in.

We are both Korean citizens currently living in Australia on Working Holiday visas. We are responsible, quiet and respectful tenants, and we will take great care of the property as if it were our own.

We also have a small 7.5kg Bichon Frise who is an important part of our family. He is gentle, calm and friendly, rarely barks, and does not disturb neighbours. We understand the responsibility of having a pet and will keep the property clean and well maintained.

We are available for an inspection from next Monday onwards and can attend at any convenient time. We are ready to move in quickly and would be happy to proceed with the application if the property is the right fit for us.
