Location: Central area (e.g., Southport, Surfers Paradise, Broadbeach, or nearby) with good access to public transport (tram/bus).

Budget: $500 – $550 per week (preferably including bills, or open to discussion).

Type: A furnished room suitable for two people (twin beds or double/queen).

Vibe: A peaceful, non-party household with clean and friendly flatmates.
