Hi I'm Bellamy, I'm 24 and looking for a place to live with my indoor cat.
My cat's name is Pumpkin and he is 3 years old. He is litter trained and well behaved, although a little silly at times.
I work 5 days a week in the evenings. I'm starting a new degree next year in Marine Biology at Flinders. I love reading and am currently teaching myself how to play guitar.
I'm ideally looking for my own little place to call home, long-term. Whether that be a studio apartment, a one-bedroom unit or a granny flat. Location isn't too much of a fuss, I only need to be close to public transportation to access uni and work, as I don't have a car.
I've just gone through a break-up so unfortunately, I need a new place to live.
I have an extensive rental history spanning from the ages of 18-24 and have always been a respectful, clean tenant.
