About Us

Hi there! We’re Amber & Sid, a married couple in our mid-to-late thirties looking for a quiet, stable, and long-term space to call home on the southern Gold Coast.
We’re strictly looking for a self-contained space—a studio, granny flat, or 1–2 bedroom place—where we can put down roots, unwind, and treat the property like our own.

We view our home as a sanctuary: quiet, peaceful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. We take immense pride in our living environment and bring a long track record of being responsible, respectful, and communicative tenants.

What We Do

Amber: Canine professional (dog walking, training in public spaces, and pet care/sitting services). Note: While Amber works with dogs, we do not currently own a pet of our own, so a pet-friendly listing is lovely but not essential for us!

Sid: Specialty coffee professional specializing in barista training, quality control, and operations/area management.

Location & Lifestyle
We lead a quiet, healthy, and active lifestyle centered around coastal living, community, and our work.

We’ve fallen in love with Palm Beach (especially the pockets near Currumbin Creek, Sarawak Ave, and Laguna Ave), but we are open to surrounding southern Gold Coast areas for the right long-term fit.

Budget: Up to $850/week max.
Finances & References: Secure, stable incomes with comprehensive proof of funds, verified references, and rental history ready to share.

What We’re Looking For
Property Type: Studio, Granny Flat, or 1–2 Bedroom Apartment/House (Self-Contained)

Lease Duration: Long-term preferred
Move-in Date: Flexible / Ready when you are
