I am a mature 24 year old, responsible and reliable. I don't party, or have a crazy social life. I enjoy being home and working on the house and being in the garden. I am a neat freak, so if you have a very laid back personality when it comes to dishes, vacuuming etc then we probably won't get along. A clean home is a happy home!

I don't drink often, enjoy a glass of wine or a cold beer every now and then and love to cook.

I work full time for the government attend uni full time. I am studying education and languages. I go to the gym and bootcamps 5-6 times a week, so I'm usually up and out of the house around 6am weekdays and don't usually get home until 6pm

I enjoy quiet relaxing weekends, catching up with friends, seeing the latest movie or working on the house. I volunteer one day a week for PQSA so I am usually busy Thursday arvos and Sundays depending on the client. I play netaball on Saturdays and often babysit during the nights on weekends. I am a very busy person haha

I prefer to have my own space, so own bathroom would be ideal, but not a deal breaker if the housemate is clean and respectable.

I have my own car so a garage is preferred, but good street parking is also fine.

I have my own bed and dresser.
I also have a really nice (and new) couch, but if the house is already furnished I can easily put it in a storage container.

As my family live in QLD I often go back home to visit them. Usually once a month for 3-4 days and in the uni holidays. This of course will not impact me paying rent at all :)
