Looking to share with one other of similar age/lifestyle (ie prefer not to share with young students who like to party). I am looking for a decent-sized room, preferably two as I sometimes WFH. A room with BIRs would be ideal. Any available storage space would be a bonus. I also require off street parking. Seeking a house with good heating and cooling in a quiet area.

I am a coeliac so I am looking for someone who can respect and appreciate this severe allergy. Ideally, it would be great to share with someone who has a gluten free diet.

I am a professional, independent, financially stable and easy person to get along with. I am quiet, honest and respectful of others privacy and expect the same in return.

I would prefer to SHARE WITH ONLY ONE OTHER PERSON whose company I could enjoy, without living in each other's pockets, someone who likes to make a house a home :)

My preferred location is Albury as I work close to the CBD. However, willing to consider other locations for the right conditions / house mate 😃
