This place is a beautifully presented 4 bedroom, 3 living area and study home. Set on an impressive allotment of approximately 569 square metres, the home is ideal for those who want the best of both – staying in a serene suburb and also in close proximity to the shopping and beaches, e.g., Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre is just 2 kms away while it is only about 5 kms to Geelong Waterfront. With a substantial open plan kitchen/living and dining room that leads out to a fully enclosed alfresco area and manicured rear yard, all the 3 bedrooms on offer are generously proportioned with built in wardrobes. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances including cook top, oven, range hood and dishwasher, island breakfast bar and built in pantry plus a massive amount of storage and bench space. Notable extras include ducted heating, evaporative cooling, and a secure double garage plus plenty of off-street parking. Also, as this is in a very quiet residential location, therefore, the house would follow a NO NOISE/PARTY-policy, however it should not dampen the spirit as in just minutes from your doorstep, you can access the public transport, which will take you to the CBD, Surf Coast or all that Waurn Ponds has to offer.
Hi, My name is Kirra, I'm looking to move out of my family home and would love to move into a share house. I've recently finished my diploma of makeup services in Melbourne, work as a part time florist and love hanging out in my spare time, going to the gym, cooking and reading. I am easy going, always clean up after myself and love having a good time :)
One huge master bedroom with WIR, gas fireplace and ensuite is up for rent. The room also comes with off street parking. The house is located in the heart of Belmont. Less than a 10 minute walk to High Street and bus routes to Deakin Uni Waurn Ponds and Waterfront Campuses. About a 10 minute drive in either direction for both campuses, and less than 10 minutes to Geelong Hospital. Bills are not included in rent, and the room will be unfurnished, however furniture can be arranged if needed. Other than the room, the house is fully furnished.
Bright and cheerful home needs a clean, friendly, easy going housemate to share with one 39 year old female. Two minute walk to Pakington St shops and cafes, and a ten minute walk to Geelong train station. This house is a lovely little home, it is light and airey with large open plan kitchen/dining/living, lovely high ceilings and plenty of windows. The backyard is big, and sunny, with a sheltered patio for a nice afternoon drink. The house is completely furnished except for the bedroom, but there is plenty of storage if you have loads of stuff. The room itself isn't huge, but it fits a queen sized bed, and a small amount of other furniture. Have taken the doors off the wardrobe to give the room more space but can happily reattach them for you. Housemate works in advertising, leads a healthy, active lifestyle and enjoys a busy social life (largely in Melbourne). Would love to share with someone who leads a similar lifestyle but would enjoy the occasional night hanging out together at home. No couples please. Sunny backyard Open plan living Furnished Mod cons Recently renovated Large built in double wardrobe Big windows Medium sized room
I am quiet, I dont smoke or drink, I like a healthy lifestyle and keeping busy. I have a job lined up at Leisure Link as a swimming teacher and will be starting uni in July. Gorgeous house. Floating floorboards. Large room with big mirrored BIR. I have a queen sized bed, storage ottoman and another clothes rail in there with plenty of space! The shower is massive and has great water pressure that never goes cold. The toilet and laundry are both separate so there’s heaps of room. The backyard has a nice sunny table to drink your coffee/tea in the morning and there’s a veggie patch waiting if you’ve got a green thumb. Driveway and carport with remote door are available for you anytime too as Ains doesn’t drive. If you don’t drive either there’s a bus stop a 2 min walk away that goes pretty much everywhere I’ve needed to go! (Route 1 and 25) Bedroom is unfurnished. Rest of the house is pretty sorted. If you’ve got a little dining table and chairs that might be nice? We used to just eat outside or on the couch. You’ll need to go on the lease. Rent is $175 a week plus bills, which you’ll split in half with Ains. Contact me for more information and pictures. (I’m lazy so half of these are from the real estate before we moved in)
Hi, I'm sandani. I'm a engineering student with a quiet great personality, active, social , love to make new friends and I respect personal space and privacy of others. Once in a while I'm down to a movie night and good with pets. Always prefer to stay neatly and tidy.
I have a full time job, 6 days a week, in warehousing/retail which I am transferring to Geelong. I am also completing my Building & Construction qualifications. I love all sports but mainly AFL, Cricket and NFL. I'm an avid fisherman which is one of the reasons I want to move to Geelong. I have a boat which I would love to bring down if there is room (Yes I will take you out on it if you would like to). I am pretty quiet during the week and like a drink and socialise on the weekends. I also have a people loving staffy which I would love to bring with me, but I can make other arrangements if this is not possible. I need to find a place to move into in the next 5-6 weeks. I have my own bedroom furniture and can bring a 4 piece couch with me if needed. I can cook some good meals (and some not so good meals) and like living in a clean and tidy space. I currently live with two other people so I understand boundaries and privacy. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
Engineer, musician, ex-pizza chef, model housemate. I'm pretty new in town, so I'm looking to live in a fairly sociable house and make some mates. I spend a fair chunk of time playing music, a bit of running/cycling, reading, and just general hanging around, but I'm pretty keen to get outdoors or out for drinks/gigs more often, hoping for some housemates who are up to the task! Well-trained in sharehouse etiquette, with the cooking, and the cleaning, and the personal space and all that. Location and move out date are pretty flexible, as is furnishing (though furnished would be preferred).
My name is Sarah I am 18 years old and currently doing part time work in geelong I have lots of animals but would be mainly interested in bringing my rabbit and my 10 year old golden retriever as he is a real sweetheart and loves the beach. I am a real animal lover and have multiple horses of my own as well as many other pets. (they can be kept elsewhere) I am an out doors person but also use my PC often so need internet and would like to have space in the room to have a bed and desk with a chair I am pretty happy to keep to myself but will be social if spoken to. Hoping to be with people my age. My ideal house is one that is laid back and with very little rules and restrictions If you have anything that suits this, please let me know. Thankyou, Sarah
Looking for a vegetarian or vegan housemate, 21-50, that doesn't drink alcohol or use drugs, and gets home before 11:00pm most nights. Have to say this first to avoid wasting peoples time. From this current place which is available on 28th May I will be moving two minutes down the road to a court in Breakwater on 26th June and if you want you could move with me to my new place. I have a ute and can help you move. The new house is also three bedrooms and will have a total of three people living there. Current house is rustic yet clean. Outside needs paint, most of the inside has new paint. Carpets were recently steam cleaned. Washing machine and dishwasher. Gas heater in lounge room. Outdoor undercover storage space. Ceiling fan in room. The lounge is a t.v. free space. The room is 3m x 3.6m. It is a month by month lease, short term ok. (New house has air conditioning in lounge and gas stove but no gas heater).
