This 2 bedroom unit is located on Pakington street, right next to shops and cafes. It's a spacious house with central gas heating, unlimited fast internet, a dishwasher and air conditioning in the lounge/kitchen area. Each bedroom has a built in wardrobe. There is a small fenced backyard. Foxtel is available, and the internet is fast so netflix etc is great here as well. The neighbours are nice old ladies that cause no trouble, but because of that I like to be respectful and not be too loud outside or cause any problems for them. There is a bus stop right out the front that goes to the Geelong station and main Moorabool Street bus stop, which makes it really easy to get around. It also heads out to the Deakin Uni in Waurn Ponds. If you have a car there is a garage available for parking. The furniture situation can be discussed as I have extra furniture if needed (no bed), but there is also plenty of space if you have your own stuff. I have a fridge, extra freezer, and washing machine. Rent is $175 each per week, with electricity and gas bills being split between 2 not included in the rent. Internet is an additional $30 per month and is fast and unlimited. The property is available to move into now. The lease ends on the 1st of August so it's only short-term currently, but renewing the lease can be discussed. Fifteen minutes in the car to Geelong Center and the train station which takes you to Melbourne in an hour. Don't need to have a car to live here. Everything is super dooper accessible. We have a beautiful community here and very kind neighbours.
