It is a good sized bedroom with lots of closet space and a 1/2 ensuite (shower and basin). The flat has both heating and air-conditioning. There is a small courtyard out back with a hammock and we have some gym equipment in the garage you are more than welcome to use. The flat is owned by my cousin so he doesn't require a bond and we have an open ended lease so it is very flexible in terms of length of stay. The room is perfect for students or anyone looking for low maintenance, simple living on a budget.
