It is a modern townhouse in an excellent location close to Geelong CBD (15min walk) and Pakington Street (5min walk). Including a 5-10 minute walk to the Geelong Station and a 10-15 minute walk to the Geelong Waterfront campus.
Plenty of off street parking by the house.
Open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a great deck area for entertaining.
The room is a large bedroom with a large double cupboard that is big enough for a queen-sized bed and a desk.
Each room also has its own split/ system with a heater/ air conditioner. The bathroom is shared with one other person, but there is also an extra toilet/ powder room downstairs.
All roommates are very tidy, clean up after themselves and allocate household jobs between them.
