From this current place which is available on 28th May I will be moving two minutes down the road to a court in Breakwater on 26th June and if you want you could move with me to my new place which is nicer than this current house. I have a ute and can help you move. The new house is also three bedrooms and will have a total of three people living there. Current house is rustic yet clean. Outside needs paint, most of the inside has new paint. Carpets were recently steam cleaned. Washing machine and dishwasher. Gas heater in lounge room. Outdoor undercover storage space. Ceiling fan in room. The lounge is a t.v. free space. The room is 3m x 3.6m. It is a month by month lease but so long as we get along there won't be any reason you cant stay for 12 months or more. If you are from a warm climate and would be using a heater all through the night while you sleep during Winter or if you use an air conditioner in your room then that is at extra cost, otherwise all bills are included. (New house has air conditioning in lounge and gas stove but no gas heater). Rent will be the same at the new house, $145 per week including bills.

The previous tenant has recently got a job in Melbourne and has thrown in the gauntlet after a few months of commuting. Our place is located a 10-15 minute walk to the middle of Geelong! How good! 800 meters from the Botanical Gardens (love me plants). 1km from Eastern Beach, great news in Summer. A quick jog to the hospital never had the pleasure thank goodness ;) The room has a window that gets a good amount of sun throughout the afternoon. It is big enough to fit a double bed and still have space to have a floordrobe. Comes with floating shelves at the end of the bed... oooh futuristic :O The wardrobe is inbuilt. The house itself is quite spacious considering three people living in it. There is even space for our ping pong tournaments downstairs. Kitchen has all the essentials, stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher. We are currently lacking a washing machine, extra points if you already have one and want to bring it along ;) The bathroom has a bath, shower and a toilet. I have 2 maltese shitzu dogs and i go away for work 3 days every 2 to 3 weeks. Must love dogs and be able to walk and look after for me while im away. The property is through an agent and would require a rental application to be completed and approved by the owner before moving in.
This unit is located super close to Pakington Street, it's only a short walk away from popular cafes and shops. Unlimited internet is available (not included in rent price) and is pretty speedy which is really handy. You'll have a pretty big bedroom with built in cupboards! No real strict house rules, though this is probs a no-brainer but I would just like to say that if you're a smoker then please don't do it indoors haha. I can't accept pets unfortunately, sorry!
