The two people living in the house are: an Australian 30yo male Personal Trainer. And a male PhD student in his late 20's.
Both residents live a busy lifestyle, are non-smokers, with no pets, and no kids.
The housemate to occupy the third room would be responsible, friendly enough, and respectful of other peoples spaces. Someone who is financially stable enough so they pay rent on time. Someone who wants a relaxed home environment.
The house is welcoming of all age groups.
