We have two rooms available, one room is $115 p/w and the master is $135 p/w not including bills. Bills are usually pretty low and are payed quarterly. The bedroom for $135 p/w has an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. The room for $110 has a built in wardrobe and a very large bathroom you will have to share with one other housemate. The house has a dishwasher and central heating as well as air conditioning. The house is in a great location, very close to Geelong CBD (5 min drive) and we have Aldi, Woolworths and a bunch of other shops a short drive away. My partner and myself will be moving out on the 22nd to pursue new opportunities in Sydney so you will be living with our housemate Emma and will need to be approved by our real estate to transfer onto the lease. Bond will be paid directly to myself as it is already lodged and will be returned upon moving out by the real estate or an incoming Tennant if you leave before the lease is up. Formally a B&B, the home is located in a premier part of Geelong, we’re 3 minutes walk to the Eastern Beach swimming pool. 12 minutes walk to Deakin Waterfront campus, 10 mins walk to Westfield shopping centre. This house is enourmous! Primarily you’ll be sharing with Justine, who works full time and shares her time between us and Warrnambool. The bedroom is located in the old servants quarters and has its own bathroom, laundry and living area. We live upstairs and have five separate living zones and three kitchens working the house. There’s lots of us but there plenty of space for privacy and quiet time. We typically head upstairs by 8:00pm and are up early for work. We find that we tend to live in a different time zone to our roomies.

This is an older house, but we find it very "homey"! It has massive shared living spaces and a decent backyard. Kitchen space is plentiful and we have an industrial dryer which is great for winter! We have ducted heating and trees in the backyard to shade bedrooms over the summer.
Living at my property is perfect. Close to town across the Road from Kadina Park. Close to beaches and 10 min walk into town all depends how quick you walk. Close to public transport. Nice quiet place close to shops as well. You have your own bedroom plus bathroom very private upstairs. Air conditioning is available and also internet.Close to BBQ and a Gym.
