ABOUT THE ROOM/HOUSE
1. Available long-term (On-going).
2. All Bills included (NBN internet, Elec, Water, Gas).
3. Living with only one mature male (retiree in his 60's).
4. Your own master bedroom (furnished) + ensuite + walk-in-wardrobe (room is air-conditioned).
5. Your own spare room (e.g. use as an office, or for storage).
6. Your own lounge area + TV at the back of the house (furnished).
7. Driveway parking (use of garage TBC with housemate).
8. Some additional storage space in garage.
9. Space for a fridge, otherwise suggest sharing the existing fridge.
10. Washing machine AND dryer.
11. Outdoor Tool/Works Shed
12. Five metre squared garden for you to grow vegetables/fruits.
13. Pets are not preferred due to allergies, however if you have pets it is at least worth a discussion.
14. Friends and partners welcome for visits.
15. Overnight stays are OK. The house is still good for three people (but getting cramped with four).
16. 4-minute drive to Woolworths.
17. Very quiet neighbourhood.
WHO FITS BEST
1. Any gender/age etc. considered. These things don't impact your qualities as a person. However, unfortunately smokers will not fit this household.
2. Full-time worker (predictable routine). Away-from-home worker preferred.
3. Calm but curious demeanour.
4. Respectful and aware of surroundings e.g. noise.
5. Mature and timely communicator.
6. Able to receive and give feedback.
7. Tidies kitchen and washes dishes after use.
8. Enjoys people (to a degree, we all have limits!).
9. Passionate about their hobbies.

ABOUT THE HOUSEMATE:
You'd be living with housemate (Paul) as I depart on my next adventure and begin living with my long-term partner in Melbourne. I don't plan to return to Geelong due to my work (geology) being in Melbourne too.
About Paul:
Paul is a part-time worker (1 to 2 days a week) who spends his time helping others at his local church while following a knockout fitness routine each morning/early afternoon. Paul is a qualified handyman/toolsman, arborist, machine operator and his passion involves taking care of the fruits and vegetables he grows around the house. Paul takes very good care of the house (thank you, Paul) including the front and back garden areas. He is home each afternoon and spends his evenings in his private loungeroom. Paul enjoys the company of others, loves sharing his stories and getting to know you. If you're a good listener, you'll get along with Paul really well.
