The house features open plan living with a deck just off of the lounge, perfect for outdoor entertaining. There is parking available on the street in front and to the side of the house. It is a 5 minute drive to Woolworths, 10 minutes into Geelong city and 15 minutes to Waurn Ponds. Otherwise there is a bus that runs into the city with a stop at the end of our street. The house is fully furnished apart from the bedrooms. Bills (gas, water, electricity, internet, etc) will be split between all residents. Not a party house but we don't mind the occasional drink. Three bedroom house, with one bathroom. Quite a spacious house with floorboards throughout so it makes cleaning really easy. Two rooms available, one room is a little bit bigger than the other so it’s really down to first in best dressed. No pets as the backyard is pretty small, and not really enough for a dog. The house isn’t 100% furnished as all the furniture belongs to my old housemate and she is taking everything with her. I will be picking stuff up along the way, but there is a washing machine and a fridge already. But for the room you will need to BYO bed ect. Very but open to any groovy furniture that you may have and want to add to our humble abode.

From this current place which is available on 28th May I will be moving two minutes down the road to a court in Breakwater on 26th June and if you want you could move with me to my new place which is nicer than this current house. I have a ute and can help you move. The new house is also three bedrooms and will have a total of three people living there. Current house is rustic yet clean. Outside needs paint, most of the inside has new paint. Carpets were recently steam cleaned. Washing machine and dishwasher. Gas heater in lounge room. Outdoor undercover storage space. Ceiling fan in room. The lounge is a t.v. free space. The room is 3m x 3.6m. It is a month by month lease but so long as we get along there won't be any reason you cant stay for 12 months or more. If you are from a warm climate and would be using a heater all through the night while you sleep during Winter or if you use an air conditioner in your room then that is at extra cost, otherwise all bills are included. (New house has air conditioning in lounge and gas stove but no gas heater). Rent will be the same at the new house, $145 per week including bills.
