Hey there! I've currently got 1 spare rooms in my 3 bedroom house that I need rented out ASAP. It is only me in the house the 3rd bedroom is an office. Ideally looking for someone quiet working full time or studying - this isn't a party house. The house is large with huge living and outdoor areas, plus a fireplace and a spa bath. It is furnished in all common areas, however the bedroom is UNFURNISHED. The lease currently is until Jan 12th 2018, you'd need to be willing to sign on to it and commit to staying until then at least, with the possibility of extending into next year if it suits us :) If you're interested please get in touch!
