The house is five minutes drive to Waurn Ponds shops, Leisurelink and Deakin Uni, ten minutes into the centre of Geelong and twelve minutes to Torquay or 13th Beach. There is a bus which runs to Torquay every hour which is only 200m from the house. Marshall and Waurn Ponds Train Stations are both only 2km away and it's also only an hour drive to Melbourne. The weekly rent amount include all bills, unlimited high-speed internet and a monthly gardener so we don't have to worry about the lawns. Will just need a $500 bond.
