Flexible move in/out dates. Big bright four bedroom place, with loads of art, plants and big separate living spaces (perfect for those who like spaciousness with the social benefits of a housemate) and a big north facing deck with loads of sun. I have no tv and prefer to keep the living areas tv free but there is a projector and ability to watch movies/footy or whatever you want to binge in the parlour.
Our home is in a nice peaceful neighbourhood, with The Grovedale Hotel a few mins walk away and Torquay and Geelong CBD just 15-20 min drive.
Fortnightly cleaner, lawnmowing, gas power and water bills in addition to rent.

Single professional female in.my 40s, very active social and work life looking for someone to help make my house a home. Ideal for a roomie who enjoys their own space but also be social and balance that with a good chat. No lone bedroom rangers please, looking for someone to contribute to our family vibe (me and my two cats).
My preference is no children or couples and ideally someone mid 30s or older who has lived many years sharing a home.
I am going through the process to be accredited as a foster carer which is likely 6 months or so away. Happy to have short-medium.term solution or a longer term housemate who feels aligned with that.
