I live a relatively healthy lifestyle and would like to live with someone that is similar. It would be great to live with someone that is happy to have the occasional meal, beer or wine together. We don't want to live in each other's pockets but it's nice to be social. 10 min walk to Marshall station with trains to Geelong CBD, Melbourne CBD, Warrnambool. 15/20 min drive to Geelong CBD / Torquay / Barwon Heads There is also an IGA and Aldi supermarket close by. Anytime Fitness and F45 are practically around the corner if you're looking for a gym.
