I desperately need somewhere to live, moved from Adelaide, SA and will be studying at UTAS. My friends would describe me as a friendly, responsible, approachable, tidy, respectful person who is quite laid back.
I'm pretty quiet but sociable, cheery, very neat and tidy person. I love bushwalking and any outdoor activity, in fact most weekends I'll be out doing something of that description. I work from home for a global company so need a three bedroom house to have an office. I have nice furniture and white goods to furnish a house. I also have a dog called Clyde who needs a backyard to run around in although he's mostly an indoor dog spending the days by my feet at work. I'm looking to move into somewhere new with a housemate.
This is a cosy 3 bedroom house, Fully furnished with a modern bathroom (very deep bath too) and an extra toilet in the laundry and a great eat in kitchen too. It is shared between two others, a mature chinese UTAS student and Me an 50+ retired woman Why I like living here is because of its location, 5 mins walk to everything, the bus terminal (with the best bus service in Hobart), Northgate shopping centre, the libarary, post office, banks, cinemas, pubs, restaurants, swimming pools, Gyms and ice rink, and has easy access to Mona. The home is very comfortable, has a lovely tranquil garden, great neighbours. and It is located in a quiet culdesac street too.
I'm Aimee, 28 years old. I'm an international student transferring from Melbourne to Hobart. I will study a Master degree at Utas this semester. This is my 2nd Master degree. I studied my 1st Master degree in Japan for 2.5 years. I'm a very laid back, easy going, well-mannered (as I see myself lol), honest and respectful person. I love dinning out with friends once in a while but I do need my alone time to do stuffs I like. I prefer chilling out at home than going clubbing. I have many interests, including arts, history, culture, music, movies, traveling, cooking, reading. I'm not good at sports, but I love to watch some such as soccer, volleyball, figure skating, gymnastics. I enjoy nature, love animals especially dogs and cats. Food is my life. Shopping to release stress sometimes :) I would love to live with people who are tidy, chilled, down to earth, genuine and honest. It would be good if I could find someone who shares same core values with me to create a peaceful, warm and happy home.
Hi! Name is Carlos and I am a 22 year old exchange student from Mexico. I am currently studying at the University of Tasmania, Sandy Bay Campus and I am looking for a place to live during My studies. I will prefer something arround Hobart CBD, Sandy Bay or Battery Point but of curse I could take other places for consideration. I am very clean and respectfull of your personal space so dont you worry about that stuff. I consider Myself really easy going and chill as well as open minded. I consider myself a sports guy, I regularly practice sport climbing, a little bit of hiking and love to watch football on TV. I am very social, so I go out a lot with my friends to take some drinks and meet people in general. If you think I fit in your house please feel free to contact me!
Hi there, I am a 25 (almost 26) year old provisional psychologist, returning back to full-time study at the Sandy Bay campus. I was up until recently, living in Launceston but originally from Adelaide - I am an extremely reliable, tidy, easy going, and bubbly gal who very much enjoys socialising but also keeping to herself. Perks of living with me would include - I do a lot of intrastate/interstate travel, so you will get the place to yourself occasionally - Cooked meals: I enjoy cooking, so you may score something yummy every now and then - I enjoy a good Saturday night out, but mostly I prefer a good cheese and wine night in - Rent will always be paid on time - If you feel like getting healthy, I am always keen on gaining a gym buddy. If not, I can motivate you to continue eating chocolate because I also believe in a balance which includes all naughty foods/beverages which I always feel better doing with my housemates! I currently don't have a car, but will be getting one so I do need somewhere that will have parking available.
Hi, I'm a new UTAS student from Indonesia, will live in Hobart to continue my study. I'm looking for a decent and spacious place to live with good atmosphere for study. A place that near to UTAS will be great, since I love to walk. I've shared a house with 2 people while I was in University for 4 years, so I know how to be a respectful and clean housemates. I'm easy going person who love to explore and travel in my free time, so people who love to do nature tracking will be welcome. I also love the idea of meeting new people and being sociable (but please, not crazy party). Pet is acceptable, as long as it's not something extreme (e.g. snake or reptile). My budget is $200 pw (included internet and electricity). Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have room available :) Look forward to meeting you, housemates!

Hi. we are moving to Tasmania from the Uk at the beginning of April with our Dog Bodhi who is medium sized and well behaved. We are looking to buy a property in the greater Hobart/ Huon Valley areas of the State and need temporary, preferably furnished accommodation in the greater Hobart area until we can find our dream property. We both come from management backgrounds. Our plan is to work for ourselves and we are financially stable. We are very quiet and enjoy eating out and are really looking forward to starting our new life in beautiful Tasmania.

Hey guys! I am currently living by myself in my old family home and I am looking for a housemate. The rental agreement is a private arrangement between me and my parents, so I am after for somebody who will respect the house and arrangement. Both bedrooms have large built in wardrobes, a chest of drawers for you to make use of and enough space for a double/queen bed. A separate garage can be used for extra storage. The house is within walking distance to Shoreline Shopping Centre (2 min walk) and Howrah Beach. Regular bus services into Eastlands Shopping Centre and the Hobart CBD can be accessed from Shoreline. Feel free to get in touch for any extra details!

There is storage for a bicycle if required. There is a bus stop very close by.There is unlimited internet available for $35 per month, good fast service.
My name is Riley (M, 23) and I have been accepted last minute into a Masters of Music (Conducting) degree at UTAS and am looking for a place to reside. While I don’t have a job in Hobart yet (I’m in Newcastle, NSW) I have plenty of savings and have parents willing to go guarantor for my rent. –I can easily provide proof of both. I will be looking at getting a part-time job in the wine industry since that is my passion after music. Being a musician I will make a bit of noise from time to time but I’ve heard it’s mostly pleasant (I play Sax and Clarinet).
I am an energetic Dutch girl who likes to travel and meet new people. At the moment I'm looking for work in Hobart and I'm planning to stay for half a year. So a share flat would be amazing to live in. I never leave a mess behind so you don't have to worrie about that!
Hey my names Kira. I'm 21 years old and currently working in Hobart with the ATO full time. I'm currently in a living situation that doesn't suit my 'house proud' views. I do love house mates all putting in the same effort to keep the place nice. (I'm not a clean freak though, don't get me wrong) I love cups of tea and chats about travel. Now, I do own a rat (don't freak out please) I promise you, he's such handsome and loveable boy. I keep him and his cage super tidy, he's in love with anyone who offers him chickpeas and a game of fetch with a paper ball. 🐀 I'm looking for a place near Hobart area due to work and no licence. Please feel free to message me and ask me any questions about myself ect. ☺️
I have recently moved to Hobart from Burnie for my full time job in the insurance industry and am looking for a housemate. I am a tidy, easy going, understanding person who does love the occasional night out but my down time aswell. Health and fitness is a passion of mine but I do live by the motto life is all about balance so wine and cheese nights are a regular occurrence for me.

Hi everybody, I'm looking for a room as close to the university as possible since I'll be starting my Master degree at UTas this semester. The program lasts two years so I'll be sticking around for a while! I'm from Colombia and have a Biology degree so in my freetime I would most likely be riding my bike or bushwalking :)
