I am an easy going and respectful person. I am also clean and tidy. I do not like a chat but I like my own space and respect others space too. I do have a 3 year old Maine Coon cat called Ruby who is house trained and very well behaved. Not to mention quite friendly. She is also dog friendly. I work full time and I am quite busy outside of work hours with gym and water polo. I am pretty into my fitness and water polo. I have worked interstate and overseas. I am a very passionate and hard working person but who also likes a laugh.
Hi, I am looking for a 4th member to team up for property application. Would prefer a boy who is mature and outgoing and has plan to stay in Hobart for at least 1 year. We are three grils (from China and Australia) who are studying in UTAS. If someone is interested, please feel free to contact me.
I am currently working full time in the city and would ideally live within walking distance of the CBD. In my spare time I like to hike, run, dive and climb and I have a car so camping trips are pretty usual as I am loving my time here (originally from Perth).
Property is in a quiet, completely flat cul-der-sac & within 5 min walk to Metro bus stops. Open plan kitchen, dining & living area. Large concrete deck with BBQ & outdoor seating. Kitchen is large with ample space, with all the amenities free to use including ample cupboard/fridge space for your own foods. Heat pump keeps the whole house warm. We're not into smokers (sorry), nor someone who drinks alot. The backyard is fenced & large -happy to consider a dog but must be trained & obviously you'd pick up after it/feed it etc. Rather it also not to dig holes & jump on ppl! Please no cats (love cats but just not cat ppl!). No need for gardening -I do all of that. Washing machine is large (9.5 kg) & is open & ready to use -we've got afew clothes airers that are great for drying clothes inside especially in this weather! Room has floor to ceiling windows, facing the street -it has a queen sized bed, bed side tables, large walk in robe; bright & airy ensuite & T.V that sit's on a sml computer desk. $180 p'wk & $ 20 p'wk extra for water / electricity / heating. Property is only avail until the the 1st wk of Feb 2018. Maximum stay. Thankyou! ☺

Hi there, My name is Linnea. I'm a 27 year old Danish student moving to Hobart in the end of September for a clinical placement at Royal Hobart Hospital. I'm a friendly, tidy and respectful girl who enjoys doing acro yoga, hiking and socialising over drinks or food! I am either looking for a share (preferable in central Hobart or Sandy Bay, but everything is welcome) with people in a similar situation to myself who are friendly, sociable or a whole flat/property.
Hi! I am a Nursing Student in my final year at UTAS. I don't party, don't smoke, can cook and enjoy living in a clean space. I would love to move in to a share house but am also very interested in teaming up and creating a new share house!
I'm a student of UTAS. Currently just started joining the uni this semester. Will be here for 1.5 years and hoping to find a place near the Conservatorium of Music as I'm a music student. Neat and tidy person. And definitely I love chatting and hang around with friends. Not a drinker so no worries, not a party person. More to a study person and who practice a lot. :) Cheers!
Hi! The house is 3 bedroom, with one spare for a study! There's an awesome wood fire and a modern kitchen and bathroom. The house is furnished, but the room is not. Pets are considered, the yard is fully fenced and Bart occasionally has his 8 year old black lab staying! There is a small shed in the yard if you have anything small that you need to store and parking is either in the drive or on the street. This house is super easy to live in, close to town while also close to the beach! Living rooms get plenty of sunlight throughout the day and water pressure is great! Lease ends in Feb 2018, however, will hopefully be renewed. Please contact me/Bart if you're interested! We're hoping to find a replacement flatmate by the end of the August!

Professional gay guy 40's looking for flatmate to share great house 5 min walk to hill st grocer, 10 min walk to North Hobart restaurant strip/cinema. Looking for a neat, relatively quiet person to share with one other and Zac the dog. Looking for someone who is preferably working. Bus stop outside house. 2 cafes and Italian restaurant 5 mins walk. Room is furnished with brand new bed, mattress, electric blanket, 2 bedside tables and a chest of draws, plus 2 bedside lamps. Some bed linen and towels can be provided if needed.😃 Pizza oven and bbq also. (Includes unlimited internet & power)
We're close to the North Hobart strip, buses, and an easy walk to town. It's double brick and insulated so pretty warm and not too hot in summer. Polished floors, dishwasher. Your room is unfurnished, has carpet, built-in heating and built in wardrobes. There's a big backyard with an extra outside toilet, secure shed storage, gated off street parking, and plenty of sun. Pets ok subject to the landlord's approval. Dogs preferred as I have a dog already, he's really friendly but hasn't spent much time with cats. It's a private rental, our landlords are great to deal with and they'll get the final say on who moves in.
I am a Danish exchange student coming to Hobart to do a clinical placement at the Royal Hobart Hospital in the fall. I like travelling, red wine, lazy Sundays and hiking. I am easygoing and open-minded and I like being active, in particular dance and running. I am normally living in a flatshare in Copenhagen, so I know how it works. I hope to find a room/flatshare as I like the social aspect of living with other people.
Hey there, After having travelled for the past 4 months, we have decided to settle in Hobart for about 6 months. We will be working full time in Hobart and are looking for a place to call home. We have been working for a while and are used to sharing space and facilities with flatmates and backpackers. We are friendly, open-minded people and easy to get along with. We love meeting new people and enjoy good conversations and socialising, but also like our quiet time. We are both active people with an interest in health, food, the outdoors and the world at large. We also love pets and coffee! Please get in touch if we sound like people you'd like to live with. Thanks, Enora&Ed.
Hello! One of our favourite housemates will shortly be leaving us, so we are looking for a replacement to move into our home in early September. Our house is located a 15 minute walk from the CBD, and just metres from Elizabeth Street cafes, restaurants and bars.
