Hi There! I'm from Sydney and looking for a change of pace in life. I'm pretty chill. In my spare time, I enjoy working on design projects or getting outside for walks or to explore a new area. I'm very neat and tidy... I would really like to live with other people who are similarly minded. Happy to provide references on request.
Hey Guys, I'm Sam, originally from Hobart but been working rurally and now moving back to the city. I'm very easy to get along with and love to have a good laugh, will definitely debrief a busy day with a glass of wine! Working full time in the waterfront and do like to spend time off travelling and adventuring. Looking for somewhere close to the city within walking/cycling distance to work. Am moving to Hobart start of May but will be staying with family until the right room comes available! Please don't hesitate to get in touch if you want to have a chat - look forward to living with you soon!
Nothing special need to mention about me. As long as you know me you will find out. I am your future share mate, present share mate and continue until one day......
Marcus here, 22 years of age, very laid back guy. I enjoy keeping to myself most of the time, but when the occasion calls I'll almost always be up for socializing. I enjoy all from a weekend in, to a great weekend out. Fan of travelling, outdoors activities, and gaming. Currently studying at UTAS doing a double degree in economics and Business.
Very spacious 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house located in West Moonah. Very close to public transport and local shops. Off street parking also. Bills are not included in rent. Pets are welcome and there is a decent sized backyard. There are 2 decent sized rooms available from now onwards.
Cosy room with period ambience and gorgeous Tasmanian oak floor. The room is furnished with single bed, linen, electric blanket, bedside table, lamp, armchair, side table, fan/heater, wardrobe and hangers, rug, small desk. Also a summer blanket and a winter quilt, heavy curtains. The room has early sun during the summer and late sun all year round. There is a keyed window lock and the room has a pleasant outlook over the rose garden in the front yard. It is situated in a solid house in a very quiet location with good access to transport including Main Rd buses (or driving) and the intercity cycleway. There are direct buses to the main campus of UTAS. If you have a bicycle there is a secure front shed to park it in. The house is clean and comfortable and PET FREE. The insulation is currently being upgraded. There is a spacious kitchen and lounge/dining area. There is a vegetable garden and the more you help out the more you'll be able to share. NBN wi-fi internet is included but other bills are NOT included. I will work out a price for these when you move in and it will be reasonable. Please note this is a SINGLE room for 1 person only. I will not accept enquiries from couples. This is a vegetarian household, yay! The Moonah area is a super area to live and has all the shops, restaurants, pubs, banks, services and whatnot you need. In my spare time I enjoy hobbies such as creative writing, drawing and going for walks. I am a non-smoker and I'm interested in finding a place to rent in close proximity to public transport. Thank you for reading my listing and feel free to message me if you feel we may be a good flatmate match :)

Hey I'm Lachie, laid back guy from country Victoria. I've just moved to Hobart from Sydney for work and am keen on a med-long term share house I enjoy cooking, playing footy and keeping social. Anything else just ask!
$140 per week for a room. long term stay preferred. The house is a well sized 1950s 4 bedroom house. There is a large front and rear yard (fully fenced at rear). Each room has an electric panel heater installed, main heating is a heat pump. Has wooden floorboards throughout, bathroom and kitchen are tiled, and underfloor insulation recently installed. As it is a large property there is a level of up keep required with the garden too. I'm looking for young people who work or study( 2 mins walk to the bus stop). After people who are fun, vibrant, easy going, considerate and responsible. There are are two dogs on the property, other pets can not be considered.
We're a really friendly and chatty couple (an Englishman and an Irish lass), which makes us avid tea drinkers so we're big on chats in the kitchen over a brew. We're also very quiet, loving nothing more than a lazy day in on our days off with Netflix. Although, we are pretty outgoing and since we're new to Tasmania, we expect to be getting out as much as we can to explore the island! If we sound like the kind of people you'd like to live with, please get in touch!
G'day g'day, I'm making the move from Melbourne (Where I'm from) to Hobart and I'm looking for a place to call home. I work as a chef so I'm handy in the kitchen. I often cook at home and I enjoy communal meals. I will be working hospitality hours, 5 days and 2 nights a week. I'm also a musician and I like to play the odd gig on the side as a hobby. I like to read, watch movies, listen to music, do crosswords, do outdoorsy stuff, play video games, eat out, party, dance and meet new people. I'm pretty easy going but I firmly believe in the idea of home as a sanctuary. Somewhere you don't have to worry about a thing, a totally stress free environment. To that end I sport a healthy respect of others and their personal space and I expect the same in return. I will also bring your clothes in if I know it's going to rain. I'm clean, open minded, sociable and I crack awful jokes, with the occasional cracker.
I have been living independently since I was 15 so I'm not your average 20 year old wanting to have a party house. I am quiet and like reading and surfing. I will (hopefully) be working full time at Entura working with water reservoirs and climate change predictions. I have been working throughout my degree in kitchens so can help in family dinners and always clean up after myself. I am very easy to get along with but enjoy being by myself. I am respectful and looking forward to moving to Tasmania!
Hi there, I am a girl from China and I am now studying MBA in UTAS. I am looking for a comfortable room to stay during my study here. Hey all, I'm a chef & I'm working full time, only day work. So I'm definitely up for cooking dinner! I'm super neat and tidy and respect the communal areas of the house greatly and am after housemates that are the same. I'm pretty socialable and often love a bit of a chat but also like my alone time and respect other people's. I like to just chill out on my days off or get out and about. All round easy going and easy to live with. Looking for a room in a current share house or to team up with anyone looking!
New phd student at UTAS. From Ireland and plenty of experience travelling and living all over the world. I'm clean and tidy and a pretty decent cook. I'm also very respectful of housemates and their space, but I do enjoy the odd house social event like dinners or heading out to the pub for a few drinks. Don't have pets, but I'm very open to sharing a house with someone that does. Also, somewhere with a bit of space for a veggie patch would be ideal :)
