We are friendly people who enjoy meeting new people and engaging in conversation, but we are also respectful of other people's privacy. The house is in a great area of South Hobart and within walking distance to the University. It is also close to public transport. Four weeks rent in advance is required for the bond. All bills are included in the rent. Internet connection is provided in the rent as well. We are happy to provide a room for students, and we are happy to have either males or females in the house.
