About the property

On March the 8th one of the rooms will become available as a house mate will be moving overseas. It is a large room with built in wardrobe, bed, desk and chair.

The home is a large and comfy house to call your home. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Blackman's Bay with plenty off street parking available in cul-de-sac. A short walk to the shops and a 3 minute drive to the beaches.

Easy going and social house but not a party place. You can expect to get a good nights sleep.
A place you can either enjoy alone time or join the other housemates for a movie night, dinner, board games or go out for a hike together.

It is an ideal share house with multiple areas in the house that you can spend time at. The house is quite large and even with 4 housemates it still feels very spacious.

Looking forward to meeting you and having you part of the house.
