We are a group of 'more mature' sharers in a large house in Kingston Beach. We love Tassy and its beautiful bushland and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. We are looking for a professional/working person (30 plus) to share with. The room is upstairs, it is very large and it has it's own private study/studio space , off street parking, queen size bed, desk, cupboards and heaps of wardrobe space. This room is $210 per week for a single person or $250 for a couple. It will be available from the 10th of March. The house has two bathrooms, two lounge rooms and plenty of out door living space. We have a very productive veggy garden and 7 chooks. We are 10 mins walk to the beautiful Kingston beach and 5 mins to all shops and services in Kingston. It is a 10 mins drive to Hobart and there is a reliable bus service about 3 mins walk to the bus stop. I am a professional woman, Drama teacher and am away traveling a bit this year. We have created a harmonious community of healthy, responsible, respectful, working people who enjoy this tranquil property and share a happy, easy going home. Your room is actually a granny flat without ensuite bathroom attached. The main house is just metres away. The granny flat has plenty of space with a separate office and lounge area. It is fully furnished with queen sized bed, a bar fridge, office desk and chair, and a two seater lounge that looks out to the forest. The room would suit a single male, sorry no couples or pets. The main house has a strawbale extension from a character wooden cottage. It is located high above in Kingston on a 8 acre bushland. Sumsets are great from the rear verandah and many wallabies come out to eat on the lawn. No lawn mowing required! The house also has a wood heater with plenty of wood in the forest!
We are close to the city yet private and quiet, close to the bush and native birds and animals. You can often see wedge-tailed eagles on the property and there are wallabies every morning and evening. The views are also stunning. This is a quiet and peaceful home with nice furnishings and ambiance. The owner is nice too! Netflix, new TV, WiFi, en-suite, warm and comfortable home.

Approximately 14 mins to the city by bus but may be quicker especially by car only 7 mins. It is only 1 - 2 mins to the University if you have your own car. Off street parking is available. Private internal block with one other townhouse. 2 good size bedrooms both with walk in wardrobes. One bathroom (with a spa bath tub)! And an additional separate toilet downstairs. Good size fully equipped kitchen. Separate laundry as well. I have an entire house worth of furniture which I have collected over the years (spare bedroom unfurnished though). The house is 5mins from the CBD, 2km from the university and 1km from Nutgrove beach. The rent would be $200 each per week, and then power and bills will be split evenly. I have NBN connected already too, so you are more than welcome to use that if you like. My lease is until September 2019 but I have full intention of extending that.

This is my beautiful home. I have 1 room available. I’m located on Waterworks Road, 25-30 minute walk to the city and 10minute walk to sandy bay shops. There are great views on the city, river and mountains with amazing sunlight It's a spacious, quiet, tidy, homely home. It's non-smoking and definitely not a party house. I'm not into waking up with strangers in the house. We have off street parking, laundry, dining room, big open lounge, 2 balconies, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms. The room that is available has a king bed, bedding, shelves, clothes rack, nice big window, a couch, ensuite (toilet & shower) .
The house is quite large with 5 bedrooms, a large lounge/kitchen area, furnished with an assortment of chairs, couches and a Thai day bed. There is a backyard porch with a modest backyard with a compost corner, a little thriving veggie patch (tomatoes, spinach, zucchinis and potatoes just planted) and hills hoist, occasionally it sees some backyard cricket as well. There is also a lovely front porch which captures the daily sun while also being amply hidden from the street. It also houses two toilets with one having a double shower. There is off street parking on a relatively busy side street. We also have a cool little cafe across the road if you fancy brunch or a quiet cuppa, I've even managed to get them to give me food and eaten it on the front porch before returning the plate :) The house is located within a 5-8 min walk of both the Sandy Bay shopping centers and University and a brisk 20min walk away from Salamanca/town. Which makes the location amazing and leaves us less reliant on cars.

The house has a really perfect location. Only steps distance from the beach and 5 minutes walk to Coles. For those who study at UTAS, you can walk to school within 10 minutes everyday and never have to worry about being late. You can walk to three different bus stops within 5 mins as well. Our neighbors are nice and respectful people. The house only has two bedrooms, you will live in the master one. Your room is furnished with everything you will need. The bed is king size. Our living room is big enough for us and there is an area for dining. Separate bathroom and toilet are both clean and bright. We have a yard and parking area outside. There is another little house for storing stuff. We will share electricity and internet bills. The water is included in rent. Generally, it's a perfect one to live in. If you want to stay for the long term, you can sign the contract directly with our nice Tassie landlord.
The house is located in South Hobart, close to town, university, bus stop, the local corner store and a bottle-o. The home has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living with kitchen, dining and lounge, all fully furnished and includes the holy trinity of a heat pump, dishwasher and dryer to the laundry! We also have a fantastic balcony that overlooks the rivulet track and Mount Wellington.
