It is a super cute unit near Kingborough Sports Centre which is a 2 minute walk away from 3 different bus stops. It is only a 15 minute drive to Hobart and 15 minute drive to the Huon Valley. It is a two bedroom unit with a shared bathroom which was recently done up (as shown in photos), a kitchen and a shared living space. It has a little outdoor shed and yard which is in the process of getting landscaping done. We may put a catio outside too! I am happy if you have a cat of your own, as my cat is very mothering of other cats and kittens! We have two cat ports available along with ample street parking.

My name is Abi!
I’m a 18 year old, second year nursing student at UTAS and a casual hospitality worker. I love animals and baking, which Id love to share with my new flatmate. I own a cat who lives with me, she’s very clingy so I need a flatmate who isn’t allergic to cats and will understand that my cat is strictly an indoor cat. The unit is a small and cute unit in Kingston, just a 15 minute drive to Hobart and a 5 minute drive to Channel Court Shopping Centre. I am at work and uni during the day so the unit will be rather quiet during the week. We have a small backyard and shed that is currently being landscaped. I am a very chatty and bubbly person but I will always respect boundaries. I’d love a flatmate who isn’t afraid to make friends and cook dinners with me each night, along with eating any baking I make throughout the week! I am born and bred Tasmanian and I am always down for an adventure!
