About the property
Our beautiful and warm home is set on over two levels in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Kingston. We are 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Kingston Town Shopping and Channel Court Shopping. 15 minute walk to the beach. 15 minutes on public transport to UTAS
The main level consists of the shared living space and the master room (my room) and the other two rooms are on the bottom level. You will have your own bathroom on that level.
The room is fully furnished with a double bed, chair, TV and wardrobe. We do have a cleaner that comes through weekly that can clean your room if you would like.
You will have an extra heater to keep you cozy in winter and beautiful mountain views
You will be greeted by two loving dachshunds. This is there home as well and it is equally important to me that our next room mate understands this ☺️

About the flatmates
I work in the alcohol industry and travel for my role. We love to cook, share a glass of wine all over a great story around the dining table. I travel for my role at times you will have our home to yourself.
We do have a side hustle business that keeps us me busy.
We have two beautiful sausage dogs that are very much apart of our family unit and are always after a treat, snuggles and will offer unconditional love.
We love walks on the beach,
Cooking and hanging with our friends either around the dinner table or the firepot.
