The unit is in a very handy location about five minutes walk from Channel Court SC, multiple supermarkets, public transport, a cafe, a couple of good op-shops and lots of places to eat, and 20-30 mins walk/5 min drive from Kingston beach.
Street parking is pretty good and the unit comes with one car space.
We’ve also got quite a large fenced backyard (pets are allowed and leaving flatmate has pets but I don’t have any) with a clothesline and several old garden beds.
We don’t currently have wifi set up but are able to. Water bill is included in rent.
The room available is the slightly larger of the two with two big built in wardrobes and room for a queen bed.
It will be unfurnished and some of the big furniture in the living room belongs to my departing flatmate so there will plenty of room to add your own stuff if needed :)

Hi :) Looking for someone to take over my flatmate’s place on the lease.
The date is a bit flexible but looking at late February. The lease is till December and expected to renew.
I’m (29) a librarian still relatively new to Hobart and working in Kingston. Outside work I love reading and writing, cooking (particularly baking), op-shopping, bush walks and coffee catch-ups.
