Hey! I’m looking for a girl to take my second room for a 6-12 month stay.
The apartment’s right by the beach with ocean view from the living room. Super chill area with cafés and bus stop close by.
The room has a bed, desk and closet. We’d share the bathroom and kitchen. There’s also a little balcony.
A bit about me — I’m easygoing, tidy, and I play guitar.
Only thing to note is there’s no private parking — the closest spot is by the beach, which can get busy on warm days.

About the flatmates
Hey! I’m Mia, 19, originally from Germany, and I’ve been living in Australia since January 2024. I will start uni in Hobart for sem 2, so in July and like to keep active — I play volleyball, guitar, love music, and hanging out with friends. I’m social and mostly up for a chat, a beach hang, or a night out, but I also enjoy my quiet time and am often busy with study and other things.
I’m very clean, tidy, and organised which is very important to me — this place has such a nice vibe and really deserves respect, so I’m looking for another girl who feels the same. My boyfriend comes over sometimes, but I’m also at his place a lot, so it balances out.
If you’re friendly, easygoing, clean and best case a uni student or someone my age, we’ll probably get along great :)
