The room has a single bed, new carpet, paintwork and wardrobe, and is for one person. There is no time limit , on-street parking on a quiet street and no permit is required.

The house is suited to respectful, responsible and quiet people, who appreciate a clean house and are happy to keep it clean . there is a router in the house that works but is not currently connected . The house is 5 bus stops away from the University close to the corner of red chapel Avenue and Churchill Ave.
