Seeking new housemates.

The house itself is located in a great neighborhood that is a 15-20 minute walk away from Eastlands shopping center, Salamanca Fresh, the ferry into Salamanca and Bellerive Beach! There a plenty of gyms and a pool, within walking distance. Plus gyms and a pool are all within walking distances.

For those who may work in the city there are frequent busses that leave from nearby. There is plenty of on street parking, and some off street park available.

The place is fully furnished, with a fully furnished kitchen and lots of amenities such as a dryer, BBQ, high speed internet, lounges, tables etc. The room will need furnishing as you see fit.

The available room is spacious (4.2*3.2 m) with a walk in wardrobe.

There is a little garden and downstairs courtyard if you have a green thumb, as well plenty of other indoor and outdoor places to relax.

Water, electricity and internet is all included in the rent.
