A working professional who values privacy, peace, and quiet, I’m looking for either a room in shared accommodation (ideally with a private ensuite) or a self-contained studio. Since I’ll be overseas until June 4th, I’m happy to do property inspections via Zoom and willing to pay bond and rent in advance to secure the place before arrival.
