I have 2 rooms available with a shared bathroom or alternatively if someone wanted the extra space they could rent both rooms. Built in wardrobes in both rooms. There will be 1 car bay available in the garage as well as ample street/driveway parking. Both rooms are the same size, priced differently due to one person also having use of the garage.
I will be picking up the keys on the 19th and moving in on the 22nd Jan after one bedroom has the carpet replaced.
Rooms will be unfurnished and bills split 3 ways. (Internet, gas, electricity and water)
