The room is a great size and fits a queen size bed, with a view of the cricket hut and field. You will have your own bathroom, this includes a standing shower, and bath. It's a beautiful house, there is already a queen mattress if you need it. Otherwise, it is unfurnished. The rent includes Foxtel and Internet, quarterly gas and energy bills will need to be paid separately. You will have access to our communal pool, which is a 5 minute walk up the road. It is a 4 minute walk to the bus stop that will take you straight into the CBD.
